Goggles4u have refused to fix my glasses that THEY got wrong.

Admittedly it is outside their 15 days guarantee period, however the mistake on the glasses is so terrible that it's provably wrong even for a non-optician.

Good luck working out if the prescription is wrong or the glasses are wrong in 15 days.

Terrible. Avoid. Get your glasses online, but go elsewhere.

I ordered extra large frames. They were small and thin and looked nothing like the image on their website. I have bought better 3D glasses for £2 at the cinema. No communication about how long it takes to deliver and nothing about them having been dispatched. I feel like I've been scammed!

Once again I have ordered from Goggles4u.and once again I am impressed with the price and weight of the glasses. Shipping was a little slow but still not bad and in these trying times who can expect more. My family and I will be coming here again Rob

until now they are very good.No complains ,the glasses are very good, the lens are ok,only on this last pair my wife say that see blurry and have to take them out sometimes.Good for the prices to.

I will always buy glasses from this company. Inexpensive, cute, and I've not had any issues with my prescription.

I got my exchange but couldn’t get the glasses I originally ordered

I never received my package & when I reached out to the email provided for customer service I basically got told it wasn’t their problem that the package tracking number says it was delivered (which I’m obviously aware of) & that I needed to take it up with usps. They more or less me feel like I’m lying about my missing package in an attempt to get idk, an extra set or my money back. I paid for express shipping. I can’t see anything right now I need my glasses so bad. Very displeased with the customer service I received.

In general, I would highly recommend goggles4u. I would suggest a couple improvements. One is to give better detail of the arms of the frames; another is to figure out a way for the website to show how dark a tint is (like for sunglasses). I would like to see what the dark on top and lighter on bottom of lenses would be. I would like to see what the mirror tint would be like. I bought VERY dark for my woman's cat-eye sunglasses, and medium gray tint for my husband's sunglasses. // His sunglasses frames have such flimsy skinny wire-like arms, that he feels they are cheap and flimsy. From the website "mirror" we had no idea that this men's frames Rectangle Eyeglasses 135308-c had such thin wire arms. Pretty much we could only see the front of the glasses on the front of the face. Is it possible for you to put a coating of plastic over the arms of his? // Mine are large, thick plastic, and very sturdy Cat Eye Eyeglasses 135700. I might have chosen dark top and lighter bottom, as I cannot see out them in the car when I look down at the instrument panel or anything else in the car. They are fine for looking up and out the window to drive.

Contrary to all reviews here Goggles provides an excellent after sales service. The rim of my glasses broke within 15 days and they sent me a free pair within the next 30 days. I love their customer service.
My glasses broke again but did not tell them as they has aready replaced it once.
The product quality is cheap and easily breakable if not handled with utmost care. Another drawback is the shipping time. If they could improve on the shipping time Goggles will be the best in th world.
I am not concerned as their price is almost 1/3 cheaper than the price of glasses you will get at regular stores. Goggles please improve delivery and quality. Thank you

I have ordered from you about 4 times in the past year for Rx glasses, progressive. They have always been good, but the last pair I ordered first were broken when they came, yes you did replace them for free which was appreciated. It took along time to get a replacement, then when they got here they were not progressive I can see far away fine but up close not at all. Needless to say I was very disappointed. So I guess I will find another way to get my glasses. For me it’s too much of a hassles return them again and wait. Thanks Kim Watson

I have ordered from Goggles4u on a number of occasions now. The delivery might be slower than ordering from the UK but I factor that in when the price is so good. I have spent hundreds in the past on glasses from well known opticians in the UK and these match up. I get the translation lenses and they work brilliantly. My glasses are hammered with use and generally only last a year or so anyway and now I don't have to spend a fortune. Just ordered two pairs for my dad and know they will be amazing. Please be aware how long you will have to wait. Three weeks later no glasses. Now I've been told they are coming from their overseas facility, which casts doubt on the. co.uk part of their actual location. It is taking 14-21 days for them to arrive in the UK. Then they will dispatch them from God knows where. So if you order allow at least 6 weeks for your order to arrive. Very poor service. They don't tell you this when you order and have to pay extra for postage. It's a joke. Can't review the glasses haven't received any. I've just been told that they are marked as dispatched and order complete when they are sent from their overseas manufacturer. 14- 21 days until they receive them and then they dispatch them to you. So, the order is neither dispatched nor complete.
